internal_server_error — Internal server error

What causes it

• An unexpected exception escaped the API. The response still carries a `request_id`, and the failure is logged and alerted on our side.

How to fix it

1. Retry once after a short delay with the same `Idempotency-Key` where the operation accepts one; the retry is safe.
2. If it persists, contact support with the `request_id`, the operation, and the approximate time.
