review_assigned_elsewhere — Review assigned to another user

Message “This review is assigned to another user.”

What causes it

  • The execution's review is assigned to a different user on the account, and the caller is neither that user nor an admin.

How to fix it

  1. Claim the review first with `POST /executions/{id}/review_assignment` and `assignee: "me"`, then decide.
  2. Or unassign it (`assignee: null`) if the current assignee has abandoned it.
